Our staff is not only very knowledgeable, we are highly trained specialists as indicated by our certifications such as CTC, Master Cruise Counselor, Sandals Resorts Specialist, Australia Specialist, Crystal Cruise Specialist, and Cunard Cruise Specialist, just to name a few. As a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC), we have gone through extensive training to ensure that we can offer an even higher level of expertise and professionalism. 

We are certified by IATAN (International Air Transport Association Network) and CLIA (Cruise Line International Association) as an agency.  We have additional support due to our affiliation with Travelsavers.
